A: If your present hosting provider can no longer measure up to the necessities of your site, or if you go through frequent downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the client support staff to respond to you, it might be a smart idea to swap your provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your websites together with your databases from your current provider to your future provider. At JTF Eagles Nest, LLC., we realize that this can be difficult and time–consuming. That’s why we’ll accomplish all that for you at no cost!Our professional technical staff reps will move your website content from your current provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience with website migration and can handle everything – from a traditional WordPress weblog or Joomla^™–powered site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–built app.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are plenty of factors, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to transfer your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the content is not very large).

A: We will need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose basically the same info you have given to your old web host. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your former hosting provider. As soon as we are done with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we will alert you to preview it. If it is working correctly, all you will have to do is update the name server resource records corresponding to your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. We will never contact your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: Yup. We support all regular Linux–driven hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–powered web hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting services ourselves.Furthermore, we do not support proprietary website creation and management user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
